Brewfitt, a UK-based drinks dispense system maker, has joined forces with soft drinks business Mr Fitzpatrick’s Botanical Cordials to launch Mr Fitz Aqua Spritz, a non-alcoholic offering for the on-premise.

Said to have been inspired by the gin craze, the new offering combines Brewfitt’s Aqua3 water filtration and dispense system with more than 20 flavours from Mr Fitzpatrick’s botanical cordial range.

These include no-added-sugar variants such as lemon, cucumber and mint; roots and spices including root beer and dandelion and burdock; and fruits and flowers such as elderflower and apple.

The Mr Fitz brand aims to pay homage to the temperance era, with bartenders encouraged to follow a drink-making process called “The Drill”.

Curtis Paxman, MD of Brewfitt, said Mr Fitz would allow bars and restaurants to diversify their range of non-alcoholic drinks, adding: “We have already experienced great success with the initial trials, with venues experiencing an uplift of consumption of their non-alcoholic range.”
