Albie, born March 2018, is a male German Shepherd Cross, currently in Romania. Albie is one of four puppies who were rescued with their heroic Mum, Angie. To start with they were a little shy but they are starting to come out of their shells now and are thriving. Albie’s sister Alana has been in UK foster and is going from strength to strength, proving to be a wonderful, sweet natured dog. We have no doubt that her brothers will be the same.
Albie is a little shy but as soon as he gets one on one time, he comes round. He is a big, beautiful bouncing boy whose turn must surely come soon. Albie would suit a home with another confident and friendly dog from whom he can gain confidence and learn the ropes. We think he may grow to be almost full German Shepherd size so he would suit an active home preferably that has experience of large breeds or, even better, with German Shepherd experience.
Albie would be best suited to a home where his training and socialisation will be a main focus. He is a typical puppy so he would need to be with people who had plenty time and energy to spend with him.
If Albie were to be adopted to a home as an only dog, he would need an experienced and dog savvy home. Current location is Romania but can travel to the UK under adoption contract through Barking Mad Dog Rescue, registered UK Charity. Will be vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, and neutered (if old enough), microchipped and will travel with a pet passport.
